Tak\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvejte m\u00e1slo, kokosov\u00fd olej a olivov\u00fd olej. Zelenina \u2013 ale ne v\u0161echno. Na ketogenn\u00ed strav\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme j\u00edst pouze tu, kter\u00e1 roste nad zem\u00ed. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed volbou jsou v\u0161echny druhy list\u016f a sal\u00e1t\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 kv\u011bt\u00e1k, zel\u00ed, brokolice, cuketa. Plnotu\u010dn\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jsou dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d m\u00e1 keto dieta tolik n\u00e1sledovn\u00edk\u016f. M\u016f\u017eete j\u00edst s\u00fdry, smetanu, jogurty a m\u00e1slo beze strachu. Ale pozor na ml\u00e9ko!
